Arianna Marquez
Administrative Officer
Arianna is a graduate of the University of Redlands with a degree in biology. She aspires to become a medical doctor specializing in dermatology. Arianna held a leadership position as a Peer Advisor to an incoming first-year seminar. The seminar was focused on Civic Ecology, the study of community-based solutions to environmental challenges. Arianna enjoys spending time with her family. She knows her way around a car, as her dad has taught her how to make repairs and she can be found assisting him restoring old cars when she is not studying chemistry and biology. She belongs to a car club and cruises Southern California listening to oldies with her mom and dad.
Lisette Sotelo

Lisette is a sophomore at the University of Redlands pursuing a degree that situates her future working with young people. She enjoys working with high school students and you can find her working at her alma mater in the counseling department when she is not attending classes. Lisette loves taking care of her family and dancing Banda and Norteñas.
Julian Trujillo
board member
Julian is a graduate of University of California, Riverside. He has a heart for individuals that have special needs as he was raised with a sister who had Downs Syndrome and he understands the challenges his family faced trying to provide her with a full life. Julian is currently enrolled in a Counseling Masters program with a dual concentration in PPS - Pupil Personnel Services and LPCC - Licensed Professional Clinical Counseling. He recently became engaged to his longtime girlfriend, Haley. Julian has two beautiful Doberman Pinschers and an adorable cat. During his free time, Julian enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to Disneyland, and exploring new places.
Matthew Marston
Board Member
Matthew is a graduate of California Baptist University with a Master’s of Business Administration in Business Analytics. He seeks to use this degree to get into the field of financial analytics. He loves helping others and has experience working with those with special needs, understanding the challenges and complications that they face. When not working he enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Christina Iniguez
Board Member
Christina is a senior at the University of Redlands, double majoring in Liberal Studies and Communication Science and Disorders. She has been surrounded by the special needs community her whole life, as she has multiple family members with disabilities. This has pushed her to pursue a career in special education because she loves to help and advocate for this community. She has been working for the Etiwanda School District as a substitute for Instructional Aides. She also has a love for animals and has a cat, a dog, and a rabbit. She is big on family and friends and loves to spend time with them any chance she gets.
